It says bring appropriate clothes and shoes.... what is considered appropriate ? Fitness trainers ? , Ankle supporting boots ? i'll just take both...

Bring your joggers, trainers etc. But they should supply you with PPE to do the 'Role related tests' in.

Just finished my physical.... uffft im nackered ! Think a big dinner is on order. Completed all the tasks without being stopped or anything "I think" i did everything within the time limit as i did everything pretty quick. I loved the confined space i actually enjoyed it. The ladder lift was easy but the rope was a bit slippy on the gloves i had still managed. The dummy drag was easy, the only hard part was the laps with the gear... started off fine but by the time i was walking with the dumbells i was nackered... i still finished without putting them down or anything... think they look badly on the fact i was panting like a dog ? lol

Mate i was absolutely blowing out my arse with the equipment carry, aslong as its completed they shouldnt be bothered if your knackered. I had people who seem to take ages to complete it and still passed.

There were 4 of us 3 of which were applying to Bathgate Station including me. The other lad was down on the borders somewhere forget now. Me and the other lad completed everything spot on but the girl struggled with the equipment carry she kept dropping the dumbbells although i feel for her because you couldn't grip anything in the gloves they gave us.

I passed Bravo ! I got the result literally 20mins after posting i was worried lol ive got uniform fitting on the 19th just had my eyes tested today all clear and my medical is on the 24th
