Hi,
Does any one have any ideas on how to pass the numeracy test please! ( As i failed this test, well its been years since I was at school)

cant really say much more than practice mate, try long division and fractions as a start and why not count sheep when you get to bed :lol: :lol: :)thumbs
did they give you any mock papers?

is 14-0 a bad result? we did bravo, i went of at 5-0 so it wasnt my fault!!

Go to an adult learning centre/adult class at local school/college and do some numeracy updating - it should all be free. You should be aiming to achieve Level 2 Adult Numeracy

Thanks for that, its a good idea I'll look into it, but my test is thursday morning!

need to pinch my daughters school books, I think. lol

They do give you scrap paper to do all your working out on if you need it. My maths is pritty poor but I still passed. Its really not that hard.

Hi Mate
Been told,, phyical and uniform measurements is on the 8th September. So a long way off yet. but it gives me a month to train. then all thats left is interview and medical (which I hope I pass with my tinitus ear). the induction course is in November. So still a long way to go but fingers crossed! :)thumbs
